Jiangsu Kuaida Agrochemical Co., Ltd.

Jiangsu Kuaida Agrochemical Co., Ltd. was reformed from the former state-owned Rudong Pesticide Factory. We are a large-scale, comprehensive agrochemical enterprise and a key pesticide production enterprise in China, and also a designated producer of phosgene and recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province. Currently, we are a joint-stock company, with Lier Chemical Co., Ltd. (stock code: 002258) holding a 51% controlling interest. We span an area of 750,000 square meters, of which 550,000 square meters are dedicated to the new Yangkou Chemical Industrial Park. Our product lineup includes over fifty varieties across three major pesticide categories: Herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides. Additionally, we offer more than 80 varieties of chemical intermediates used in pesticides, pharmaceuticals, and dyestuffs, including acyl chloride series and photochemical gasification products.

We have established the Jiangsu Phosgene Application Chemical Engineering Technology Research Center, a provincial-level corporate technology center, an academician workstation, and a postgraduate workstation. While focusing on independent development, we also strengthen partnerships with renowned domestic universities and research institutions to jointly develop high-tech products.

We are committed to rigorous enterprise management, maintaining a national A-level testing institution and has achieved certifications for ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, and OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
